Why “My Old Nine”?
The name “My Old Nine” was inspired by a phrase from William Shakespeare’s Sonnet 38. In this poem, the speaker is struggling to find inspiration for his writing until he turns his attention to his beloved, whom he describes as a muse that is “ten times more in worth” than the traditional nine muses of Greek mythology. The speaker refers to these muses as the “old nine,” suggesting that they are outdated or no longer relevant.
To me, “My Old Nine” represents the fusion of the past and the future. It pays homage to the traditional creative process while also acknowledging the potential of new technologies like artificial intelligence. By combining human and AI art, I hope to create something that is both classic and innovative, something that draws on the past while also pushing the boundaries of what is possible.

Artificial intelligence is often associated with innovation and the future, but it can also be seen as a tool for exploring the past. By analyzing patterns and trends in historical art and literature, AI can help us gain new insights and create something truly unique. In this sense, the “old nine” can be thought of as a reference not just to the traditional muses of Greek mythology, but also to the rich history of human creativity that has come before us.
At “My Old Nine,” I believe that art is a collaborative process. By combining the creative instincts of human artists with the analytical power of artificial intelligence, I hope to create something truly original. My goal is to inspire, to push the boundaries of what is possible, and to bring something new and exciting to the world of art.
About Omri Shabath

I’m a content strategist, writer, editor, and somewhat of a scientific chameleon, seamlessly blending the rigor of science with the artistry of narrative. I’m the mind behind ScienceStyled.com, where we reimagine complex scientific principles in a way that is both engaging and approachable. Think of it as science meets Shakespeare, Van Gogh, or even a crypto expert—depending on what the science calls for. I’ve spent over a decade not just writing content but crafting experiences, turning the jargon of science and finance into stories that resonate and educate.
In my career journey, I’ve launched platforms, developed SEO-driven strategies, and, yes, even rated AI-generated text for clarity, accuracy, and charm. I’ve had the pleasure of steering digital strategies for Sheba Medical Center, fine-tuning the language of tech for startups, and diving into AI content refinement. Through it all, I ensure that science, finance, and technology lose none of their nuances when translated into digital ink. In short, I’m obsessed with making information not only accessible but memorable.
I like to think of myself as the bridge between art and science. Whether it’s founding ScienceStyled.com, where science narratives are crafted through the voices of cultural icons, or steering content strategy for medical and tech innovators, I bring a unique blend of creativity and scientific rigor. With a Master’s degree in English Literature, I approach each project with a critical lens, ensuring depth and clarity in every paragraph. Yes, I’ve studied the financial markets and traded NYSE stocks, but I’ve also dissected the works of Milton and penned a political satire novel for good measure.
I’ve been recognized for my academic achievements with the Teitelbaum Prize and maintained a spot on the Dean’s List, yet my experience goes far beyond academia. I’ve managed content strategies under pressure. These roles honed my ability to lead, strategize, and deliver with accuracy and integrity. Today, I apply that precision to creating content that both informs and delights.
As someone fluent in English and Hebrew, I blend global perspectives into my work. And when I’m not translating complex ideas into accessible narratives, I’m likely dabbling in AI or crafting yet another creative venture. Oh, and stay tuned—there’s a political satire novel coming your way that’s as critical as it is comedic.
So, welcome to my world, where science gets an artistic spin, and every story is an opportunity to learn. Let’s turn those complex ideas into unforgettable tales!
